About our Family

Gloria Pineda Administrator

Gloria has a background in social services, accounting, hospitality management and foster parenting, where she served as a foster parent with Alternative Family Services (AFS) for over twenty two years caring for troubled youth who have been victims of abuse and abandonment and helping them to deal with issues such as teen pregnancy, drug and alcohol abuse, abortion, and suicide. Gloria has also spent years being active in caring for the Mentally Ill (MI). She spent numerous years caring for her own amputee dad and is the proud mother of five sons. Gloria sold her San Francisco home to dedicate her life to serving the elderly at GLORY Assisted Living.

Russell Ramos Co-Admistrator, Marketing Director

Russell graduated with a B.A. Rhetoric Degree from U.C. Berkeley. He has twenty years of hospitality supervisory experience in the nation's finest hotels and restaurants located thoughout New York City, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco. Russell, like Gloria, is also a state licensed RCFE administrator and he is currently a Board of Director for the Senior Services Foundation which serves the communities of San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley and Hayward.
